We understand that plans change. Here's how our cancellation process works:

Before Shipping Label Creation:
If you’d like to cancel your order before the shipping label has been created, we’re happy to assist. Please email us at contact@testoics.com as soon as possible.
After Shipping Label Creation:
Once your shipping label has been created, cancellation may not be possible as your order may already be in transit. However, feel free to email us at contact@testoics.com — in some cases, we may still be able to help.
After Order Has Shipped:
If your order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still request a return once the item is delivered. To begin a return, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at contact@testoics.com.
